When you use the studio chat, your email address, request type, message and submission time are stored privately on the website server so the studio can review and respond to your request. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Messages are accessible to the site administrator and can be deleted from the inbox. To request removal of your message, contact the studio using the contact details on this website. Email addresses entered in the chat are not independently verified. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information. Newsletter registrations are not stored by this build.
