Erik Ammann is the stage name of a composer, producer and professional pianist with 16 years of professional music experience. His work moves across cinematic, electronic, pop, neo-classical, rap and R&B, combining melody-led composition, modern production and concept-driven visual storytelling.

Background
Sixteen years before the public project.
Erik Ammann began working professionally in music at eighteen. Over the following sixteen years, he developed a practice spanning piano performance, composition, arrangement, production, mixing and mastering. He spent roughly eight years studying piano with multiple teachers while also learning production, arranging, composition and studio craft from musicians, arrangers and producers. He later taught piano, composition, arrangement, mixing and mastering in private lessons and music-school settings. Before launching the public Erik Ammann artist project, he composed music for several short films and completed multiple unreleased music projects during years of development. The current project brings that experience into a wider artistic world built around original music, virtual vocal performance and cinematic visual characters.
Erik studied piano for roughly eight years with multiple teachers and also trained with musicians, arrangers, producers and DJs in composition, arranging, production, mixing and mastering. He did not study music at university; his formal university field was outside music.
He later taught piano, composition, arranging, mixing and mastering through private lessons and music-school settings.

How the music is made
The workflow begins with composition rather than a generated finished track. AI is used as one production tool inside a broader music-making process.
Production & arrangement
The MIDI idea is developed in FL Studio using professional virtual instruments, arrangement, sound design and — when appropriate — live instrumental performance.
Instrumental master
The track is shaped through editing, mixing and mastering until it works as a complete instrumental piece in its own right.
AI-assisted vocal creation
For vocal releases, AI is used to create the singer performance. The melodic direction, lyrical concept and creative intent come from the project; when necessary, the AI system may reinterpret parts of the arrangement so the vocal can sit naturally over the music.
Final production
The generated vocal result is selected, edited and integrated into the production before the final mix and master.
AI transparency
Eveline is a virtual AI vocal character, not a real human singer. AI-assisted vocals and visual characters are part of the artistic production model of the Erik Ammann project.
